Effective Date: October 18, 2024
At VisasCanada, we strive to provide high-quality immigration services. However, we understand there may be circumstances where clients request refunds. Below outlines our refund policy.
1. General Refunds
Professional fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. If the work has not started, a refund may be issued, subject to a $50 administrative fee. This fee is non-refundable and accounts for work already completed. CIC fees or biometric fees are refundable if the application has not been submitted.
2. Partial Refunds
If a client cancels before services have commenced, a refund may be processed for unbilled work. Any tasks already completed are non-refundable.
3. Third-Party Fees
Refunds for CIC application fees, biometric fees, or other third-party fees may be issued if the application has not yet been submitted. These fees are refunded, minus the $50 administrative fee.
If the client chooses to pay third-party fees independently (e.g., CIC fees), it is their responsibility to do so in a timely manner. VisasCanada is not responsible for delays or issues arising from failure to pay these fees promptly.
4. Application Denial
No refund will be granted if the application is refused unless it is due to an error or omission by VisasCanada or its partner RCICs.
5. Client Withdrawal
If the client withdraws their application after payment but before submission, CIC and biometric fees may be refunded, subject to the $50 administrative fee. Once an application has been submitted, no refunds are available.
6. Dispute Resolution
Clients who dispute a refund decision may submit a written complaint. VisasCanada will respond within 60 working days. If the issue remains unresolved, clients may escalate the dispute to the ICCRC.
